Designed for middle-income buyers: Receive up to $25,000 for down payment assistance.
Verify Pilot EligibilityThe Down-Payment Assistance Home Ownership Pilot Program is a locally funded City initiative. It is specifically designed to help buyers who may earn too much for traditional HUD-funded assistance but still face barriers due to high rental costs and down payment requirements.
This program offers up to 75% of your required down payment/closing costs (capped at $25,000) to help you bridge the gap to homeownership.
This program allows for higher household income compared to the H2H program.
